GERASUSa river of Dacia (Ammian. 31.3.7), which Jornandes ( de Get. 22) calls GRISSIAand the Geographer of Ravenna GRESIA.Schafarik ( Slav. Alt. vol. 1. p. 507), who makes it out to be the same as the CUSUSof Tacitus (Tac. Ann. 2.63), identifies it with the Körös, an affluent of the Theiss.
