NAGNA´TA (Νάγνατα, Ptol. 2.2.4, in the old editt. Μάγνατα), an important town (πόλις ἐπίσημος on the west coast of Ireland, in the territory of the NAGNATAE (Ναγνᾶται, Ptol. 2.2.5), probably situated upon Sligo Bay.
