- near a mountain or mountains, Str. 12.8.13, J. BJ 1.4.7:—written παρόριος, Sch. Il. 20.490, 22.190.—The form παρώρειος found in codd. (as in Str. l.c.) is incorrect, whereas παρώρεια (q.v.) is the only correct form of the Subst.
